When will your order ship? 
Orders will be processed in the order they are received. In stock items will ship in 1-3 business days from the day it is placed. Custom items or items that need to be ordered will have an estimate written in the description of the item(s). Please, read carefully before ordering. Remember, processing and shipping times will be a little longer during holidays. Order early! 

How long will shipping take? 
Currently, all orders are shipped with USPS unless otherwise stated in the item description. Exact shipping time will depend on your distance from us in the Augusta, GA area. Your order will never drop-ship from an overseas location as so many other online boutiques do. 

Orders weighing up to 1 pound will ship first class with a shipping time of 3-7 days. All orders weighing more than 1 pound will automatically ship USPS Priority because it is the most cost effective. The shipping time is 1-4 days. You will never be charged a handling or processing fee. You will pay exact shipping charges. 

Our custom-printed items such as shirts, sweatshirt, blankets, stickers, etc. will ship from a location in the United States. Most likely Charlotte, NC. T-shirt shipping is $4.69 for one and each additional is only $2.20. Sweatshirt shipping is $8.49 for one and each additional is only $2.50. Generally, customers receive t-shirts and sweatshirts 1 week after placing an order but it is not guaranteed. Always give extra time during holidays!!

Do we offer local delivery or pickup? 
Yes, we do! Not for custom printed items. Please, reach out to us prior to placing your order to work out an arrangement for pick up, delivery or meeting at Publix on Fury’s Ferry Rd or Publix at Riverwood. We want to make sure you get your item(s) in a timely manner!
